New Partnership for Biological Sample Transport Solutions

Specialist Laboratory and Diagnostics supply company Alpha Laboratories Ltd. (Eastleigh, UK) is delighted to announce that it has been appointed the exclusive UK distributor for MedDX Solutions Ltd. (Hereford, UK). This partnership will further strengthen the range of solutions provided for biological sample collection and transportation, which ensure compliance with UN3373 and P650 packaging regulations.

Chris Easton, Sales and Marketing Director for Alpha Laboratories’ Laboratory Products Division says, “Our extended relationship with MedDX will now enable us to further progress support for our healthcare, diagnostics and clinical trials customers, with convenient sample packaging systems. The unique SpeciSafe® secondary packaging container is one such solution. This has been growing in popularity, due to its innovative single-piece construction, that addresses the requirements of UN3373 compliance in a very simple, easy–to-use format. We continue to invest in training programmes, advising users on fulfilling the packaging regulations through videos and our Sample Transport Seminar.”

Richard Senior, Managing Director of MedDX Solutions Ltd. says, “We chose Alpha Laboratories as our exclusive UK distributor because of their proven ability to bring innovative products to a wide range of end users. Over the last four years Alpha Laboratories has been increasing the market’s awareness to regulatory responsibilities, whilst bringing cost-effective and simpler solutions to a wider market, improving sample return rates and healthcare testing.”
