BIVDA Expo Brochure and Application Form

BIVDA EXPO 2020 - *** Online Venue Link has been Released!! ***

Background & Purpose of the event:

For our member companies during this difficult year, BIVDA is putting on a virtual Tradeshow with the intention for this to look and feel as close to the experience you would normally get with one of these events. Companies are being given a choice of shell scheme or floor space in 4 themed Halls. There will also be the chance to host live workshop webinars timetabled over the three days or link to pre-recorded demos or lectures.  We will also be opening this to non-members at a charge. an extra serviceWith so many tradeshows aligned with scientific conferences having had to be cancelled this year, the IVD industry have missed the normal opportunities to show new products or technologies.

Target Audience:

The target audience for this event are individuals from the NHS diagnostics community with an active role in testing: lab managers, clinical scientists, biomedical scientists, pathologists, virologists/immunologists, and academic scientists. This will extended to NHS managers, finance and procurement staff, Government officials and others with an interest in NHS pathology, laboratory medicine and diagnostic testing.

What we need from you:

We will need you to sign up, either to ‘shell scheme’ or ‘floor space’ and to design your Stand content as imaginatively as you want while adhering to the BIVDA code of conduct and rules of participation. We also need you to promote your attendance as you would at any other tradeshow.

We are now taking bookings and don’t forget this is free to Members! You can participate either by adding your own design to a blank page as you would build a stand from scratch having booked floor space at a tradeshow OR use the very flexible page – shell scheme - which allows you to add text, graphics, links etc in a variety of modules which you can move around the page – you can opt for different modules and you can also retire some and re-populate each day storing unused pre-prepared modules  “backstage”. The technical info will be available early next week but the software is intuitive and flexible.

The stand build is also now open. For a brochure and application form please see attached to this page.
